Just saw this on Kyle Defoor's instagram.  Wonder what the price will be, but know more than I'll be able to afford.  Looks pretty nice...

BCM says $600.

I guess it's a cool looking tool watch, if you want something with a rotating bezel, chrono, and tritium tubes. That's the good...

The bad is that it's packing a Ronda 6040d, which is the same movement Invicta uses for a lot of their quartz watches that well for 1/2 to 1/3 the price.

Basically, it's no horological masterpiece or anything but it's pretty versatile and it's got the whole tacticool thing going for it. Plus BCM are good dudes so between this and Armorlite or any of the other tactical watch brands, this might be the one to go with.

Pretty cool.

It's no Seiko Tuna, but it's cool.

At that price I'd rather have a Marathon or similar. It looks a little overdone to me.

Maybe at the $350-$400 range, but I can't swing $600 for a watch.

It's up on BCM's site now.

Yup. I can't see buying a Ronda movement inside what's probably a case picked from a Chinese catalog that plenty of other cheap companies use too. Not like BCM is getting deep into the watch business and really designing their own stuff. I'd rather have something with a bit more pedigree from someone that really does watches.

And it's not the price alone that has me saying that. Picked up a Marathon GSAR about a half hour ago for more than they are asking here. Makes three watches this week for me. Don't tell the boss.

For $600, I went with a NFW Shumate....very solid
