Usually a Kahr CM9 in Galco ankle holster.  Sometimes in a pocket holster if wearing cargo shorts.

I plan on buying a new LCP for smaller pocket carry.

All the time.. LCR .38SPL (for now) If tomorrows trip to the range is satisfactory again, I shall be switching to my new SCCY CPX-2.

This (LCR .38 SPL) is what I pocket carry as my bug now:

If I have another good range session with this (SCCY CPX-2) it will replace my LCR as it offers 10 rounds of capacity as opposed to the 5 of the LCR.

I can see my Wife's face as I tighten my belt, and add suspender to keep my pants up!!!!

I'll just have to settle for the Para Lite Hawg I carry.

Sadly I don't even get a primary one, unless at home or 'securely stored'

A good belt is a requirement for conceal carry for sure, but both of my bugs drop into the right front pocket of the cargo pants/cargo shorts I wear and the cover button down shirt I wear over my tshirt hangs down enough to cover most of my upper pockets as well. Easy as eating pancakes and completely undetectable.

I have no idea how people carry J frames in their front pocket without a jacket or something covering it up.  I would love to, but I can barely carry a P3AT in there and even then it probably prints more than it should when I wear some khakis.

I am not a big guy by any means and in that holster it just slips right into my cargo pant pockets and as I said, I wear a button down shirt that I leave unbuttoned and it hangs down about halfway over my top pockets. If I can pull it off at 5'9" most other guys bigger should easily be able to with the appropriate dress.

It's a wider gun but to be fair doesn't print like a gun compared to a semiauto, less sharp angles and egdes.  I used to pocket carry a S&W442 in jeans and it worked okay.

Are you talking about the big pockets on the side of the cargo pants or the small pockets on the front?

The big pockets right in the front, like in cargo pants. At least the kind I buy.

No, but I really want an LCR. If I carry a back up gun, I want a revolver, because I want to know it'll work, because at that point that means my primary CCW has failed which means my luck is already pretty shitty.

When I do, it's a P3AT or S&W 642.
