I saw some at the store and bought it because it is bacon and salt. After I got it home I realized that there aren't really any applications where you want salt and bacon flavoring where salt and actual bacon do not make a better choice. I finally opened it after about three months and sprinkled some in the burger meat while I was mixing it up only because I had no bacon at the time (this has been fixed). I mix so much other stuff in my burgers that I couldn't really notice it. They recently came out with bacon flavored mayo, though, so maybe that will be more functional. |
