Just finished my favorite homemade apple smoked, maple bacon. Im no master but the choices are popular under my roof. I cure for a week, flipping daily, then hot smoke on wsm w/ apple wood to at least 147 or more. I bring temp up very slow and it takes 8-9 hours. what would I also like? A thought I had was at the end of the poll, I may do whatever comes out ahead if I have not already.
