OK, so it's starting to remind me of Iraq here these days. We've had a number of enemy Significant Activities (SIGACTs) this week. Time to start tracking them and seeing if they're linked.
Any way we can set up a trackable 9 line report for incidents? 1. Date/Time 2. Location 3. Type of attack, IED, Chem, Sabotage, Gunman, etc 4. Target 5. Enemy ID (Responsibility claimed, alleged, or suspected) 6. BDA (Battle Damage Assessment) 7. Risks identified 8. Possible mitigating measures identified 9. Narrative description of incident. Items we need details filled in for: IEDs 1,2,3 and 4 at Boston Marathon. Ricin Letters 1, 2, 3? for elected officials Substation Sabotage incident(s) Detonation of Fertilizer plant in WACO Anybody wanna be the SIGACT Database keeper? |

I don't personally see either of those as evidence of significant enemy activity, but it's not my list. Has anything about the plant been linked to foul play? Everything I've been hearing has it down as an industrial accident. Edit: Looks like you listed those 4 in your OP and I simply did not read them. I R SMRT.

I'd think the same thing if the IED attack and the substation sabotage (somebody cut the phone cables in the area, going underground to do it in two places before someone shot up the oil reservoir) hadn't happened right around the same time. Looks like the Ricin was your standard fringe libtard conspiracy theorist nutjob. At least that's what it looks like now. Anyway, we've got two hostile acts, close in terms of time. Then there's a third possible, also close in terms of time. Were the first two coincidence? Possibly. If not though, I'd look more carefully at the Waco explosion. It sure did a job on some housing, and it was one hell of a boom. Hadjis love hitting tanker trucks when they can because they make such big fires. It's a psychological boost or something when their stuff makes a big boom. |
