My wife was considering the opportunity to become a beach body coach after a friend and coach told her how good she would be at it. The coach said with very little work she could start making a few hundred dollars a week income.
Anyone have experience doing this or know someone that makes an income off of Beachbody? |
Can she lift a broomstick? If so, she can become an elite crossfit coach!
As stated above, legitimate coaching isn't easy and it takes time. Just because you "work out" and/or are extremely fit doesn't mean you can coach. Just had a thought... Does your wife want to be a coach, or does she just want to make money? Two very different scenarios. |

Its multi level marketing. I have never used their particular products before, but I have used products that were bought through a mulit level marketing business model.
I have a few girls and guys from high school on Facebook that sell the Beach Body stuff. If the products are legit, then she will indeed make some money. Or has the potential to. I buy supplements currently that are sold through multi level marketing. I could become a "coach", but I think in order to have that title, you should have some formal training and I don't feel comfortable giving people advice on it which is what you have to do. I am ok with my knowledge of the products enough that I am feel comfortable putting into my own body, but I wouldn't want to be in a position to push them on someone else. Im a do your own research and make your own decision type of person. But thats not the kind of attitude these successful coaches have. I know one lady from high school whose commission check last month was for $35,000 from selling another diet supplement, similar to Beach Body or shakology. It can be done. I don't think it is the most honest way to market, but I see nothing wrong with it. Hope this helps. |

Network marketing is no more or less legit than print or TV or any other kind of marketing. The supplement industry is full of snake oil and the muscle mags are the worst pushers, not the network marketers.
If she wants to train, she needs to get certified as a trainer thru NASM or similar. If she wants to make some extra money, pick the right company. Shakeolgy shakes fall on their ass in a few areas IMO. I use Isagenix and would buy it every month due to the quality, the income I make from it notwithstanding. |
