Taking my kid to the park. I have alot of other things around the house I should be doing. She will love me when I'm old.... I hope. |
Well....I'm working today, but I have a window in my office and quite honestly the company has pretty much paid me to surf ARFcom all day
Weather is divine. Can't say anything better. Tomorrow I go to work on the property I'm deer hunting. Gotta put ropes in the ladder stands, take an old one down, put up my pop-up blind and cut some downed trees off the road. I'm making a pot of jambalaya tonight, gonna let it suck up the juices overnight and I'll tear into it when I get back with a huge appetite. NO, I don't have any extra. NO, it isn't the Tony Chachere's mix. It's from scratch. The REAL stuff with sausage and ham. |

Haven't tried it with guinea hen yet, but I have a few local friends that have them. I'll see if I can talk them out of one. Thanks for the suggestion.
I've made it with andoulle. I like it that way, too, and I've made it with seafood and chicken as well. But my recipe is the original poor mans, one pan recipe. Although I DO use two pans. |

I'm in a pool too. All I have to do is step outside and look up for 1 or 2 secounds..
