Record Breaking Crowd Of 10,000-13,000 Turning Out In Madison For Bernie Sanders "PoliticusUSA is reporting that a record-breaking crowd of 10,000-13,000 is filling up the venue and outside at Bernie Sanders’ rally in Madison, Wisconsin." http://www.politicususa.com/2015/07/01/record-breaking-crowd-10000-13000-showing-madison-bernie-sanders.html I keep hearing a lot about this guy but know very little. Is he as bad as Hitlery? |

He has more than doubled in the polls. Up over 30% now and climbing fast. Mostly because he is not Hitlery, I think. He is a full on Socialist (admits it) and is pretty retarded in both economics and foreign relations, but does have some good ideas/quotes here and there.
Mostly seems like the Democratic version of Trump - no real chance of getting elected, but is making things a bit interesting... |

My walking liberal stereotype of a relative thinks he is the greatest. That is all I need to know.
BRB going to read his posts about how shitty it is living in Chicago because everything is so expensive and he lives in 3rd world conditions (Spends all day messing on his macbook and playing PS4 while his girlfriend pays the bills). |
| Problem with Sanders is that he's a true believer, and the other liberal true believers can sense it. I believe his momentum will continue. Even a random sampling of comments on Reddit shows there's little enthusiasm among the young, liberal voters for Clinton. But they sure do love themselves some Bernie... |

Sanders is the real deal, pie in the sky, socialist. The only thing he has going for him (similar to Rand) is he isnt afraid to actually discuss actual issues that most in the mainstream D party (as well as R) would rather not touch with a 10 foot pole. Sanders doesnt do political speak, he will answer questions directly and even questions that might not paint him favorably.
He did a AMA on Reddit a while back and I was surprised with his frankness, and not surprised with his government fixes all outlook. |

Sanders went to Brooklyn College for a year before transferring to the University of Chicago. While there, he was active in the Civil Rights Movement, and a student organizer for the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee. One of the actions he took was the coordination of sit-in protests against segregated campus housing. Sanders also participated in the 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.[32] He graduated from the University of Chicago with a bachelor of arts degree in political science in 1964. After graduating, Sanders spent several months on an Israeli kibbutz, and he moved to Vermont in 1968.
University of Chicago - Political Science Student "Organizer" for SNCC (Stokey Carmichael given credit for the slogans "Black Power" & "Burn Baby Burn") The civil rights movement was organized by the socialist cabal and Bernice was up to his eyeballs in it. Perfect choice for them to assign to Clinton |
