Just looking for some sugestions to help put on some mass. NOTHING ANABOLIC NO STEROIDS!!!!!! just somthing to help me gain some weight. I am stuck at that 260-265 lbs and looking to get a little bigger, not looking for lean muscle I dont care what i look like just want to get stronger!
I already take a weight protien, multi vitiamin, and I am eating aroun 5000-6000 calories a day Any sugestions Thanks |

Start with creatine and BCAA if your already taking in enough food, whey and vitamins. i do have to wonder what your long term goal is at that weight. Power lifting? Strong man?
255 was my highest and I never felt so out of shape in my life. I would get winded in the gym or even walking up stairs for that matter. I am at 240 now and feel much better, with a 1.5 mile run every morning. Just think about your heart and general health. My 2 cents. |
| yep, creatine, glutamine may help, definietely BCAA's, and a good ZMA supplement could help as well, depending on your age. It's a Zinc supplement you take at night before bed if you are younger than 26 I wouldn't bother, but older than that it could help significantly. |
