Did he have a stroke? I just saw him on a TV and he isn't looking too good. I love his standup.

I take it you are watching Fox as well.  The same thought crossed my mind, but he is an old man now.

He will be 73 in July.

There are rumors that he is in ill health after he pulled out of some events, but nothing concrete that I can find.

I have some of his early albums.

Yep, he's had some health issue for awhile and the murder of his sone didn't help either. I'm sure that aged him a great deal.

Went to see him live years ago, he is one of the few comedians that you can actually take your kid to listen to without cringing at every other cuss word. He signed a CD of his older work for the kid.

He has one of his all time great stand up's on NetFlix.  I laughed really hard

That man can make me laugh like few others.  I've always loved his stories, especially the ones where he would see discipline in his future.

B.C. was THE stand-up comic of my youth! We could imitate every line of every routine he did.

Chicken Heart... Old Wierd Harold and the Frankenstein poster.... LOL

He was a great spokesperson for personal responsibility. Too bad his own people attacked him.

He is a good man

I used to live just down the road from him in Massachusetts.  Would see him occassionally in town or driving buy.  Quiet, respectful, polite, all in all a very good person.

I admire him.

Agreed. I think he's a class act.

My friend was taking care of him a couple of months ago. His sight is poor and he had to read to him.

He is a very nice man, and pleasant to be around.

Ever see that clip of him in detroit a few years ago??

Now there is a guy that will actually deserve the kind of attention that Michael Jackson got when he dies.

He suggested that they get off their asses and stop asking whitey for a handout...he got dogpiled by both blacks and white liberals for that one...

He was super funny and I loved his comedy routines.

Funny as hell and never cursed at all...class act.

I enjoy the occasional article he writes. He's one of the cleanest comedians in the industry and a stand up conservative. It will be a sad loss when he goes

Don't rub it in.

As for Bill Cosby, I remember listening to my dad's records of him when I was a little kid.

The Chicken Heart, having his tonsils out, the go cart races, etc.  Really good stuff.

I don't think he's been the same after his son was murdered

Bill Cosby is one of the few great entertainers. Last time I saw him I thought he had really aged too. He is no spring chicken any more and I suspect he will probably be pretty reclusive the rest of his life. He worked hard to get where he's at, I hope he can enjoy some quality family time with the time he has left.

The "Pound Cake" speech-which is the brutal truth that the African-American community/leaders won't accept.

To me, people like Cosby is what the Civil Rights movement should have produced. He came from nothing, worked his ass off, got an education and made something great out of himself. Cosby is not one for handouts-he is a true believer in hard work and set a good example for others.
