Honestly, the savings in labor expense would be a relief, it’s the thing we continually get hammered on by the BoD and stakeholders. Unfortunately most of them are stuck in 2015 or before and think you can hire someone with a 4 year degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience for $40k. In an area with really, really high cost of living. I took a picture of the sign in the window at Taco Bell offering $20/hr to start so I have something to whip out and back me up. 75% of customer inquiries are people wanting something for free, wanting to sell me something or a question that could be answered in 2 min by reading the FAQ on our website.
