Bloomturd spent $100,000+ on a campaign to oust incumbent Milwaukee County (WI) Sheriff David Clarke in the Democratic primary. This is not the general. Clarke is very pro-2A (yes I know he won't sign NFA - get a $99 trust you cheapass).
Results About The Race: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/08/12/gun-fight-bloomberg-nra-spend-thousands-on-local-milwaukee-co-sheriff-race/ They are officially eating their own and still can't win. |
| Bloomfuck has never even been to Milwaukee. And he sends over 150,000 dollars in negative ads against Clarke. And a Madison group puts in 400,000 in negative ads. Compared to NRA giving Clarke 30,000. Wow on the spending and Clarke surviving, all on a Primary. BIG |

Quoted: Glad he won, but it wasn't exactly a landslide. Let's hope they don't find any ballots in someone's trunk. |

It never is in the heavy liberal Milwaukee County, for this race. Lots of R crossover votes to help push Clarke over the edge. I think he won by like 5 or 6 points last time. With the HUGE antigun push and outside money spent, it's a hell of a win. Quoted:

Scary politics with Bloomberg money. |

Quoted: I guess you and I have very different definitions of pro-2A.... |

Clarke put out PSAa for folks to get guns to protect themselves, and take firearms courses to get their ccws. Says don't wait for 911 to help you. He also hosts conservative talk radio shows time to time. Very pro 2A, hell he even spoke at the NRA convention. Quoted:

I guess you and I have very different definitions of pro-2A.... One thing that many arfcommers fail to understand is that while an acceptable candidate (with, say, a B) isn't as good as an excellent one (with an A), he's still better than a terrible candidate (a D or F). We accept gradual improvement when we can get it; we welcome large steps when we can get them. |

They (libs and anti gunners) see him as a serious threat since he's a black conservative. He even has MKE mayor seat in his sights. Quoted:

As long as Bloomberg didn't get what he wanted, I'm happy with it. Any knowledge on why Clarke is a democrat? Heard or read any comments from him on party choice? |

And they bitch about all of us donating $25 to the NRA. Quoted:
Bloomberg spokesman Howard Wolfson told the Wall Street Journal on Monday that he decided to get involved in the sheriff’s race because it allowed him to shape policy on a local level. And they bitch about all of us donating $25 to the NRA. Do as I say, not as I do. |

I'm not sure if you're asking the person you quoted or you're asking because you don't know, but either way here it is. Milwaukee County has MANY voters that vote strait down the party line. Milwaukee County and Dane County (Madison) are the reasons this state goes the wrong way in some elections. By Clarke running as a D, he was able to sweep the election in just the primary (as there is no R challenger to face). ETA: He is a conservative. |

I guess you and I have very different definitions of pro-2A.... No shit. No such thing as a Democrat Sheriff who is pro 2A. He's not a D. "I have never asked a person to vote for me because I run as a Democrat." Exactly. He's making the point that he is NOT a Democrat. Read the post I made just above the one you quoted. |

I tried to find one of the anti-Clarke adds they've been running here but I can't find it right now. Anyway, it's been on radio and tv and quotes Clarke saying "I shoot, then call 911 to come clean up the body because it's bleeding on my carpet", "aim center mass" and "arm yourself". Lol, this add was paid for by anti's and they played it on conservative radio. It really is a PRO Clarke add. Lol! Either way, there are a bunch of good Clarke videos on youtube. |

He's not an A++ but for anyone who has ever visited Milwaukee he's a damned saint. This is a big victory, and anyone that can't see that is deluded. |

My Black Democrat Sheriff has signed off on multiple NFA items and the Deputy that runs his marksmanship team helps new shooters get better at our club matches. |
