Is excess protien I consume stored as fat? Or eliminated / urinated?

What is your boby weight and how many grams are you consuming a day? What is your workout routine and duration? BMI?

I wouldn't really worry about excess or too much protein. If you're going the bodybuilder way and bulking up, then I would take in my weight in grams.

So, if I weight 220lbs, I'd be taking in 200-220grams of protein a day.

Without the additional facts and the source of protein it would be difficult to guess.

In the short term I'd venture to say it's shit out.

If you make a habit of consuming more proten than your body needs it will eventually start storing it as fat, though.

Protein is calories too.

If you move your Chest/Bicep workouts together and your back/triceps, you'll be working your arms twice a week. With your chest and back, your arms are the secondary muscle groups working.

Just a thought, but I've known people that get better by packing chest/tri & back/bi in on the same days and stuff and getting the same results.

Seems that as long as you're lifting and eating relatively clean, you might want to get some more protein.  Also, I noticed that you're not working your legs.  Throw some squats, leg presses and calf exercises in there too.

If your working out every week consistently, you'd have to be consuming A LOT of protien for your body not to use it.

Your routine looks decent. Definitely dont' want to overtrain.

I'd say if your trying to bulk up, consume at least 1 gram of protien per body lb.

150lbs.=150 grams of protien per day.

1.5g/lb is better.

Not all of your protien intake should be from shakes though. maybe 60 grams max is o.k.

try chicken, beef, tuna, beans, eggs, milk... hell look at a cookbook.

bodybuildingforyou.com is a good forum.

lots of good info there.

Basically you want to switch it up every couple of months. DONT LET YOUR MUSCLES GET USED TO THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

That goes for routines, exercises, reps, sets, weight,......

You want to "shock" your muscles every once in a while.

Also keep track of the weight your lifting, try to increase every week. even if its only 5lbs. or 2.5lbs. on each side depending on the exercise. you wont be able to increase every lift, EVERY week, but try.

To much of anything is no good. If your only working out 3 days a week, between 1/2gram-1gram of Whey protein per pound of body weight is good. If your using shakes take in no more then 35grams at once. Your body will only utilize that much in one sitting and the rest will go to waste. The most important thing is getting a constant supply throughout the day ie. every 2-3 hours.
