Joke video last I heard, everyone is fine. BPA's don't have vehicles wired for video. PA's do have killer senses of humor though and there tons of these types of videos out there. After all, there is a lot of "slow" times out in the desert  . They played the video in muster a few weeks back and we demanded something like 3 replays, we were all rolling. Although, bail-outs are very common, almost to be expected. No one just "sits down" anymore. The upside is that almost everyone is eventually rounded up, but by that time, establishing who the driver was is near impossible. ETA: Probably made for FTO, or, just because.
