I want to gather the unanswered questions here. I didn't see any one thread discussing the unanswered questions or working up a timeline. I think we should do both. My unanswered questions: 1. The shots fired and explosions heard live on FOX 4/19 morning near 15-17 Willow Park. What was that? 2. The 60-70 year old with the "device" and transmitter who was checked out by 4 bomb squad robots. Who is he? Was it an explosive device? Was he or was he not involved? 3. What guns did they have before killing the MIT officer? After? 4. What explosives did they have with them? 5. How were the bombs at the marathon triggered? 6. Were the searches of houses legal? IE did the police ask and obtain permission of the occupied ones? The unoccupied ones with open doors or other like probable cause were obviously legal. Yes they were legal link 7. Was anyone else arrested? Girlfriend? roommates? associates? Post yours and I'll add. Time line: Before bombing: Unknown Bombing: Minutes before explosions back packs are dropped off They move to safe distances and detonate. They escape the area. After bombing before pictures released: Unknown Pictures released: Unknown They go to a 7-11. The 7-11 shortly after or while they are there gets robbed by someone else. They kill the MIT officer. Officer Sean Collier, 26 y.o., with MIT police since 2012. Then they car jack the Mercedes SUV. Drive... They gets money from a Bank of America ATM using the carjacking victims card. Stop at gas station in or near Water town and release Mercedes SUV owner. Firefight with police: Driving firefight. Transit officer injured here. Richard H. Donohue Jr. - 33 years old, been with transit for 3 years, and father to a six-month old baby. throwing "grenades" stopped a pressure cooker bomb thrown at police and detonated. Tamerlan Tsarnaev (suspect 1 black hat) shot. Tamerlan runs toward police and activates some sort of suicide vest. Dies. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (suspect 2 white hat) Drives through police and may have run over Tamerlan. Water town locked down: Police do house to house search. Shots and explosions heard at Willow Park Old guy with possible suicide vest. Lock down removed: Loose boat strap noticed by owner. Police called. Shots fired. Dzhokhar found in boat. Dzhokhar gives up and is taken into custody. Please post any corrections or things to add and I'll change/add to the timeline. The MIT officer was ambushed in his vehicle, He only had enough response time to put his hand up in front of his face.
First Responders received an Emergency Call to MIT, that may have been a setup for another ambush, but the brothers plan probably fell apart after that, which moved to the car jacking. |
