What is the story with these folks? I called them several times today and there was no answer, only an answering machine. They don't repsond to emails either. They have some pretty good prices on certain items, but I'm not sure about them. Are these people GTG or what? Any experience with them?

On the one occasion where I didn't get an answer, they actually called me back within thirty minutes even though I didn't leave a message. Do all posters with negative comments have experience with Botach? Or are you just posting what you've read elsewhere? |

That's having some previous knowledge that there's a high likelihood they'll fuck up. I don't call before any other internet purchases. |

Horrendous customer service is the trade off for some of the better, if not best, prices on many items. I ordered once and ended up canceling. Once I got a hold of someone, it was easy to do, though the clerk did get a little curt when I asked for the order to be canceled. |

They stole a sling plate design from an member here after they lied and said they were looking at buying some from him. They then copied the design, send him emails letting him know they are for sale, and just become complete assholes about the whole thing. Never will I deal with them

| I've ordered several things from Botach. I've never had a problem getting my stuff in a timely manner. They emailed me when the items shipped and gave me the tracking #'s. I have tried calling them on several occasions and have NEVER spoken to anyone there. They just flat out refuse to answer the phones. I never got ripped off by them though. I'd order from them again. |

Trust me...they lie about stuff being in stock when it isn't, my own personal horror story with Botach began with a call to make sure what I was ordering was in stock, I was assured that it was and would ship right out...it didn't.
