Post what you are currently proud of.... I passed my 2011 running mileage total this morning. 701.6 miles for 2012 so far, avg 7:28 pace I have now completed Week 5, Day 2 for both the 7 weeks to 100 pushups and 7 weeks to 50 pullups programs. |
| Went paleo/primal late march, its now transitioned into more of an Archevore diet than anything else at this point. I'm down to a loose 29 waist from a tight 32". I'm sporting a nice 6 pack. I completed the 7 weeks to 100 pushups in 5 weeks by starting on week 3. I start week two of phase 2 on the 50 pullups in 7 weeks plan. I'll be going to the Dr. in Nov for a full blood workup in anticipation of turning 29, I'd like to make sure I'm on track for the next decade. |

Saturday I hit 360X10 on Squats. April 15th 2010 my right hip was refurbished after being hit by a car. Nice! Did you ever squat that much before the surgery? When I was young I once hit 500 with nothing but a belt. Squats are the reason my Dr. gave for femur not being shattered in accident. I'm getting my strength back but not my speed. I got my 800m down to 3:00 but my 400m is pitiful at 1:20. Right leg just won't move any faster. |

Not much that I do is very impressive, but I finally benched 225 a few times (I weigh 180#). Thats about it Good job. we probably have similar builds. It takes me forever to build up to benching like that. I can run though. Same here. Anything cardio related is quite easy for me. Squats, deadlifts, and bench are a different story. Im getting there lol |

My sponsor is mailing me a sweet new mma type jersey that they don't sell in their store. I am excite! Now if I could only find someone to give me free pants...

Doesn't get much more miserable that doing those exercises for reps I have seen the crossfit workouts done with cardio in mind, where they do a huge amount of reps. My lifts are usually like that, which is part of why I dont throw up heavy, heavy amounts, but I have never gone crazy with the reps. I will have to try it sometime. |

I'll brag after Oct 20th- I'll be riding in a 50 mile endurance ride. Not road ride mind you but mountain biking it
Yeah I know- I'm not right in the head ![]() I would agree with your last statement ......that sound's like an awesome ride thoughI've never rode this area before but it's supposed to be a beautiful ride through the woods and along a river and through a nature preserve. It should be around 4 hours on the bike if I can average 12 MPH

Even on flat land 12mph off-road would be a very brag worthy accomplishment |

| Two years ago I lost 75 lbs. between March 15th and July 31st doing P90X. As of this mornings weigh in, I weigh exactly the same thing now as I did when I finished then, so pretty proud of being able to keep the weight off long term. Proof positive of the effects of a healthy lifestyle and daily rigorous exercise. |
| Vacation Brag: Caught 20" & 18" cutthroats in Wy. Summited a peak in the Absaroka/Beartooth Wilderness I had been wanting to do for 4yrs, 10hrs 45min car to car. Landed 10 of 15 trout in a backcountry creek. Did a MT classic mtn bike trail "The Bangtail" the 6mi descent was fantastic! Finally, survived 6 runs down the mountain at BigSky off the ski lift on a downhill mountain bike without any major injuries. Yeah, it was an awesome vacation!! |

I grew up in south Florida and have lived in Idaho for nearly 20 years now. I still haven't taken for granted the things you mentioned and enjoy them regularly, however, I did take Florida for granted and today I miss the beach and fishing there very much. What do ya say we trade homes for 2 weeks each year?! |
