You're supposed to fry the eggs separately and put them on top of the hash so that when you break the yolks they run down all over the meat and potatoes.
Also that canned stuff makes me feel like my arteries are clogging as I eat it. Make a corned beef and cabbage for dinner. Make hash from leftover meat. ????? Profit! |

| I like the corn beef and cabbage but I have never made corned beef hash from scratch, cause there is never any left over corn beef and if there is it is turned into sammiches, so all I have experienced is the can stuff like in the pic. I am going to have to try makin the real stuff some day.. |
