On the subject of biscuts and gravy - sausage mixed in the gravy or not? This is different than a beans or not thread.... Because we are discussing delicious brinner. So, sausage in the gravy or not?

Absolutely required in my house.
ETA - When I was younger I used to love hitting Whataburger late night, they start serving biscuits and gravy (with sausage) at 11 PM.
