I'm not sure if anyone is using one of these, but:

Camera seems to function fine. Display appears proper for still and motion photography.
Light/laser functions fine.
I had no issues with the software installation.

However, when I plug the camera into the computer, it fails to recognize the connection and I cannot retrieve photos or video.

I have the same result with 2 different computers.

Any thoughts?

I have the same problem. Thing worked on my laptop but several windows updates later and now I have a $100.00 paperweight, with a light and laser.

I sold it to a member on the EE with a $ back guarantee if it doesn't function.

Hopefully he's smarter that me.
