Applicants should have prior top level management, business or military experience; a knowledge of marksmanship and competitive shooting, experience in working with a board of directors and a knowledge of finance, general auditing and internal auditing procedures. CMP STORES DAYS OF OPERATION CHANGE. Both the CMP North Store at Camp Perry, OH and the CMP South Store in Anniston, AL will have new days of operation. Starting in Oct 2006, the stores regular days of operation will be reduced to three days per week: Thursdays through Saturdays. Hours of operation remain unchanged. HOLIDAY PERIOD STORE SHUTDOWN. Both the CMP North Store at Camp Perry, OH and the CMP South Store in Anniston, AL will be closed 11 Nov 2006 and during the periods of 19-29 Nov 2006 and 17 Dec 2006 thru 3 Jan 2007. M1903 AND M1903A3 SOLD OUT. We have sold out of all the M1903 and M1903A3 rifles that were returned from Greece. We have accumulated approximately 2500 M1903 / M1903A3 rifles turned in by veterans' organization and hope to have those for sale in the spring. These rifles have been used for ceremonies - shooting blanks for the past 30 years. Condition is unknown at this time. BARRELED RECEIVERS FOR SALE. USED GARAND BARRELS FOR SALE AT CMP SOUTH STORE. Over the past several years the CMP accumulated several hundred barrels from our inspection and repair operations. These barrels are used and many have pitting or other deficiencies. They have been separated by year of manufacture and are being offered for sale at the CMP South store only at this time. Because of defects each barrel may have, they are not suited for mail order sales and should be inspected by the customer before purchase. | I got that email, too. Went by the website. They're sold out of Service Grade, Correct Grade, Collector Grade, some of the Field Grade are 3-4 month delivery, and Rack Grade looks like they're starting to run low too. Damn, I'm glad I got mine already! I thought about buying one of the "less wood" ones, but I'm not sure they come with all of the metal parts, and checking with Numrich, some of the pieces aren't available, or don't appear to be. I wouldn't mind having another, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen. |
