I have heard about some new perks for the upcoming release.  

two accessories
decoy for the UAV's
Etc.

what have you all heard?

I really think that if they should include infrared to a UAV after 10 kills to eliminate everyone using camo and silencers.

I saw one image that was a foot with a wing on it, so it could be faster sprint speeds.  It's a different image than Extreme Conditioning uses.  

I'd love a perk for multiple attachments.  Silenced M4 with Red Dot, oh yeah.  Or silenced sniper rifles.  I've also heard speculation that there'll be a Ghili suit perk for wearing one without having a sniper rifle.

I agree with this. No juggernaut, no need for stopping power. Just leave it up to weapon damage and good aim. Also something needs to be done with last stand..they're almost invincible when the falling animation starts.

As a HC player I don't mind Jugganought but can understand why some loath it. Martyrdom isn't a problem either as I'm rarely within 100 yds of a target. For me it would have to be the Last Stand perk. On CoD 4 it was bad enough as they ARE invincible to your fire. Their gun is INSTANTLY out and in full fire (maybe an animation of a pistol being drawn from the holster would alleviate this?) also, and I don't care what you Last-Stand lovers might say, the pistol in last stand is like a frigging sniper rifle in terms of accuracy! And on WaW they also had the opportunity to out snipe your bolt-action, from across the map, before you could rack the bolt for the second shot! They then stayed there for 30 seconds so you had plenty of opportunity to spawn under his pistol again and again. Who thought that was a good idea? Maybe a developer who was sick of being destroyed on his own title?
I don't hate the people that use it, although very annoying, as its there to be used. I'm not sure, however, if its right to award some one for making a stupid decision that results in them getting shot in the fist place.

I agree with martydom and juggernaut, but the stopping power itself incoded to the weapons should be MUCH stronger... so there would be no need for the perk.

Think about it, a R700 7.62x51mm fired into the chest of your opponent center mass without the stopping power perk enabled and WTF!!! the sob keeps going.  I say get rid of the perk but raise the damage at least 50% for all weapons

I could care less what perks they have, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE OH FUCKING PLEASE, come up with a system (even optional is fine) where you match players SOMEWHAT in relation to their skill.  If you are a level 23 player and average 5 kills and 8 deaths per match, you should not be thrown in a group with a bunch of guys who have prestiged 10 times and have 15:3 raitos.

I agree. Before I heard about hardcore team deathmatch i almost gave up completely on COD4. I get so frustrated at shooting someone 20 times; what is this, Goldeneye?

Not sure, but my 10yr old just started out in COD4 with his own gammertag.   When he started, he was put into rooms with other people of similar rank.    It looked like all beginners to me, at least all the ranks were with in about 5 of eachother.

What is great about COD4 is that no matter how much you've played, if the  other guy gets the drop on you, you are dead.   It's not button mashing sequence shit like in Halo.     I hate the online ranking system that Halo uses.

Hopefully, I'm not the first to think of that, Craig.     That is probably the least "realistic" thing that happens in the game; most of the time.

I mostly play COD WAW, and on my friend's console at that.  But we do play some COD 4, and are always thrown into matches against people who have prestiged several times.  I don't know what level he's at now but he just got claymores the last time or 2 we played.  I'm not sure if its the fact that we haven't played enough and don't know the maps or what, but both of us are halfways decent on WAW but suck balls on COD 4.  I swear it seems that you are getting shot at with a MK 19 sometimes on COD 4.

Just in general I'd like to see bigger maps and more defined "lines" or origins.   Like the USMC team is coming from the west going east, and the OpFor team is opposite, and keep that a general theme throughout the map.  Don't fucking spawn me, let me get into a position looking forward then 10-15 seconds later have the enemy I just killed spawn 25m behind me.  The way COD WAW did the "war" style gameplay is good like that.

Would like to see more ways to get away from UAV's (bullshit gaydar), under trucks, inside buildings, in ghillie suits etc...

2 weapon attachments would be hardcore awesome.

I hate that too.  I only play on tactical servers anymore, because they'll stomp on anyone that does it.  I prefer the HC servers that require sights at all times.  I agree with UAV thing too, having a ghillie that would block uav and actually work as camo would be great with how I play.  I tend to rush and flank into their spawn to come up behind them.

as a cod4 player on PC, I suggest the following:

add bino's

remove last stand, marty and the M203 in multiplayer.

They need to fix the ACOG, it sux on all the weapons you put it on

they need to do something about the bunny hopping / jumping homo's

they need to fix the rendering accuracy. (kill cam shows you in an entirely different location then what you perceived to be)

realistic bullet penetration and accuracy / range

fix what ever it is that determines a headshot... I know there are shots that only could have been headshots that weren't and body shots that ended up being head shots.

somehow, someway fix LAG

I'm sure I could come up with more, but that's my 'top 10' list

I like the impaired aim 3 seconds after jumping. Would put an end to that shit really quick.



An Uzi or Skorpion should not be able to take headshot snipes across a map, same with a pistol.



Get rid of the fucking "Deagles" already...




Find ways to prevent glitching, i.e. standing on signs and crouching out windows.



Falling/jumping from a 2nd story+ will break your legs.



Moar attachments!



Make the damn G3 less of a god weapon.



Fix the suppressor sounds. .308 rifle can not be made to sound like a subsonic suppressed .22lr.



I want a bayonet!
