| Do anyone have a list or website I could go to and get a list of cable crossover exercises. We finally got so new equipment at our work gym and it included a nice cable machine. I know the basic execises but I am looking for as many options as possible. Thanks. |

Quoted: Quoted: Not a fan of cable exercises personally. There is nothing that you can do with those that you can't do better with free weights IMO. That's a retarded statement. Boy, you sure showed me. I shall never be able to show my face on the internets again. My point is that instead of wasting time with a cable machine, the vast majority of people would be much better served hitting the weights hard....by doing all sorts of deadlifts, squats, Oly lifts etc... So if you think it's a retarded statement, why don't you share YOUR view instead of insulting people that disagree with you like a 3rd grader. |
| If you take a dumbbell curl, the topmost portion isnt (usually) the hardest part due to angles and it being close to above the pivot point. Do a cable curl with the cable set at elbow level and you will find it provides a different feel than the free weight version. Assuming one doesnt have access to resistance bands, tricep pushdowns can be done with a cable machine, or hanging upside down with a weight in your hand. Im going to pick the cable machine everytime rather than the free weight version. |
