What are you doing to prepare for the raping come 1 Jan 2017?

Is one able to buy a bunch of receivers and build them into rifles before that date? Would you have to have proof it was a completed firearm before the first of January?

I have seen the writing on the wall for years, I am well set for it. Yes one could buy a bunch of receivers and build them up, proof would be that you DROSed them before Jan 1 2017.

I gather my neighbors, one is a federal judge, one is an Air Force Major, and the third is priest and have them pose in front of the completed lower, mark each with a marker, then I photograph the event and have each of them sign the printed photo and have each signature notarized. I think have each document recorded by the county in their public records.

California uses the same method that the federal government used for their ban to prove that an 80% lower was completed prior to an arbitrary date.
