| My unit is scheduled to deploy around OCT, and be in country late Dec-early Jan. The best rumors to date say we'll be at Camp Cropper. Anything special I need to know? By the way, this is my first post here, but I've been lurking for quite a while. |
| if you're going to cropper im guessing you're an MP. Seeing as that is where they were sending inmates while i was at abu ghraib. It shouldn't be a bad place to be because you'll be in the baghdad area which pretty much one huuuuuuge base in and around the airport. |
i dont know specifics of cropper because it was just getting set up when i wason my way out, but i do know that if you have to be somewhere in iraq, that group of bases is the place to be. It will almost seem like an active duty base back home. (assuming this will be your first time over there, if not, ignore what i said  ) |
