Anyone keep up with them? I started popping the tabs off soda cans just to really keep track of how many sodas I drink during the day.

And damn, I drink way too much soda.

I had a buddy who called them all Cokes. One dy he asked for a Coke and I told him we were out but we still had Dr Pepper and others. He says all jackassidly "dude they are all cokes, just give me a coke"

I dug around for the crappy diet Wal Mart root beer that no one else drank and handed it to him. He got all pissed off for some reason. Told me he didnt want that. I told him thats tough crap because since they are all cokes, thats what he is getting.

I dropped it when I was taking the weight off and went to diet. Then I realized I was trading 7 pounds for a peach-sized brain tumor (I drank 2L-4L daily). Now it's water or 1 part juice to 6 parts water.

It's not my teeth that I'm really worried about though, it's harrowing Arfcom kidney stone stories, those are the ones that scare me.

I have a buddy at work that saves thewm for his daughter. She has some kind of cancer that she got over, and now she does a lot of charity work , and they have a program where they use the can tabs for raising money for cancer treatments .
