1) As of Jan 2003, all rifles/shotguns must be registered with the Federal Gov't. 2) All handguns have required registration with the Federal Gov't since early last century. 3) Handguns can only be fired at an indoor range. 4) Handguns cannot be used for hunting or self-defense. There is no CCW. 5) Military pattern rifles cannot be used for hunting. They can only be shot at (certain) gun ranges. etc. ad vomitum.
