If the bottom of your holster is visible, is this considered "brandishing"?

I know concealed means concealed, but we all know that this is a problem.

Luckily in Missouri it is also legal to open carry so if ccw peeks out it isn't a damn crime...

In NV, I don't worry at all. My concern is with CA.
