yeah. the census is no longer about figuring out how many votes each state gets.

now it's about "if you don't fill it out your community won't get any federal funds and you'll have traffic jams all the time".

fuck obama.

I was in Chicago the other day, and I saw an ad at a bus stop to the effect of "If we don't know how large your community is, how do we know" something something "hospitals" something.
... I think 'how many hospitals to build'? Maybe staffing. I don't remember now.

All I could do is roll my eyes, because vandalism is illegal.

I'm not sure how racial statistics translate to better hospital facilities, but I'm pretty sure they don't.

If they didn't take the money from us in the first place, we wouldn't have to justify to them why we want it back. They're just skimming off their take first, and not very efficiently at that.

I like how at the end of the radio commericals they put. "paid for by the census department" Oh, you mean the taxpayer?
