[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Chapped face?

anyone ever had something like this happen, really weird about a month ago my face got chapped in a space right below and the left side of my nose, it got really dried out just in that place, now it is still dry alot and is kinda a light red color. No one has said anything and i dont think its that visable but its just a weird thing, how did this one spot get dried out? should i use lotion or something to make the red go away?
