I joined the gym again cause even tho i love running outdoors, and do almost every day without fail....
it IS cold as heck out!!!! and all my pushups are building my shoulders and arms but not my chest so much. so i wanted access to the pull up machine, assisted pull up machine, ab machine etc and treadmill use when weather is too bad to run. the good part is i got to weigh myself again on the same scale i started my diet on in january. I weighed in a hair over 230lbs (down from a peak of 292). People ask me my secret? Eat less, do more. Couldn't have done it without you guys (see archive). |
