I can respect the amount of time someone can put into something like that, but on the same note I think it's ugly as shit.

II think it is a essentially a rolling billboard. Built to demonstrate options available at the shop. Certainly not my style and certainly built using skills far in advance of mine

Bikes like that aren't built for ride ability. They're just to showcase a builders skills and capabilities. It is what it is, and nothing more.

Regardless of whether or not people like it, a lot of time and a variety of skills go into it.

Granted, those skills could be used to make something more functional, but hey, I'm not paying for it, so I don't care.

Agreed, it's an incredible piece of workmanship, but not my thing. I say the same about presentation firearms.
