Lots of help lately
When I make drumsticks,  they always have these huge inedible tendons. Whether I fry or bake... doesn't matter.  But the ones from the restaurant,  Popeyes, KFC, etc. Never seem to have this problem.  What am I missing?

You might be cooking them too fast. It's the same as breaking down the chewy bits for beef and pork, the longer you cook it for the more tender it gets.

Their chickens are the size of quail, yours are probably 2-3 times as big.
Liberals are a curious mix of communism and fascism, they want to destroy you but want to use your own money to do it.

I'm getting down to the last box, the others have all been destroyed...
