Suppose a man and a woman produce a child.
Man wants nothing to do with "it" and wanted woman to have abortion. Should the man be forced to pay child support? |

AWWWW HELL NO!
I normaly don't get in on these. Buuuuuut.......... It is inconceivable to me how a man can have absolutely no reproductive rights AT ALL, and still be expected to pay. If he wants the child and she does not. She decides whether or not to have an abortion. His child is destroyed whether he wills or no. OR, if he wants the child and she wants the child. She has it, makes him pay, and then decides if he will ever be allowed to see his child. OR, If she wants the child and he does not, he pays. If not, he is prosecuted and has his wages garnished. In this age of "enlightenment", how is the only "right" extended towards males in reproduction is MONEY. For those of you who say he should have "wrapped that rascal", how is he responsible for her ability to have children. MEN DON'T HAVE BABIES. After all "No Means No" and it take two to tango. (I know the rape argument, different topic). There are many other methods of birth control besides condoms. But that would mean women taking RESPONSIBILITY for their RIGHTS. |

If he doesn't want to risk kids he should withhold his half of the deal. You figure out how. |

All the above arguments are valid and have merit. My stance stems from the constant horror stories from men being run over by a system that treats men as nothing more than a source of money, with no RIGHTS about reproduction.
And after all fair is fair. if I am to be held responsible for Her not taking precautions when she is tho only one of the two who can actually get pregnant...I'm between jobs right now and I'll be expecting a check from you in the mail shortly I do try to be an Honorable MAN and am not advocating running around indiscriminately spreading your gene's. However, either your for accepting responsibility, or you are for shifting the blame and "spreading the wealth. Again men cannot get pregnant and there are MANY birth control options open to those who can actually get gravid. |
