Beans? No beans? Spaghetti optional? Crackers? Any meat other than beef?
ETA: autocorrect fail on the chili. Sorry folks. |
| I look for recipes with no beans and little (or no) tomato. Must have beef or venison, although I have used a mix of cubed beef and ground turkey. Toppings are usually cheddar cheese or sour cream. I don't care for crackers, and no way in hell I'm putting any kind of noodle in my chili. Corn bread can be eaten on the side. Drink milk or beer with it. |

I like using Ranch Style beans in the black can. I eat mine with shredded extra fucking sharp cheddar, sour cream, and tortilla chips. Sometimes I'll make macaroni, or macaroni and cheese and pour chili on top. Speed If you like extra sharp cheddar (I love it) have you tried Cabot Vermont sharp and extra sharp white cheddar. Best cheese I've ever eaten. I, too, like my chili with cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips. Wife makes it with hot pork sausage instead of beef. Much less greasy and very tasty. Red kidney beans. Sometimes black beans, instead. Also good with spaghetti. I didn't know what spaghetti sauce was until I was an adult, as we always used chili. |

w/beans w/crackers Chicken is optional in white chili What if you use dark meat? Is it still white chili? I mean, they do consider 0bama black even though he's half white.
White chicken chili is killer. Northern beans, corn, cream cheese, sour cream, jalapenos etc etc. jalapeno corn bread on the side. |
