One of the reasons I believe I love the Corps so much is that when I was 7, the only toy I got that year was from the Toys for Tots.

This comment in another thread by kpel308 got me to thinking about what Christmas is all about. So I decided to challenge everybody on the board to either participate in an Angel Tree gift giving event or buy a toy for Toys for Tots. There is usually a Food Drive in most areas this time of year also.

That is a good idea. If every member did that then their would be a lot of gifts.

Alot of the guys here are young, not married and don't have kids. I've got two who still believe in Santa. That's what it's all about. Making a kid's dream come true at Christmas time.

Yes, im a youngin but I still do the giving tree thing, I think we should make this a fire mission and really make some kids Christmases awesome this year.
