How long is it taking to get a class III app back? Its been a month now.

Its for a Suppressor.

WAHOO!!! Got my Tax stamp today and built my Suppressor for my AR 9mm
SBR.

I would upload pics if I could figure out how.

Do you mean a Form 4? If so there's a tacked thread in the Class 3 fourms regarding turn around times.

I really hate when people refer to NFA / Title II stuff as "Class III" .

Class III only refers to the special occupational tax that a type 01 FFL must pay to deal in NFA devices. It has no relavence outside of a person holding an 01 FFL.

It's not "whatever", it's a fact. You asked a question, which has no set answer. In addition you referenced the wrong term. You get your approval when it's done. It's that simple. What you get is an approved form 4 not a Class III. Sorry you can't handle the details....good luck with that.
