I flunked Political Science. Could someone tell me if Bill Clinton could run again in 2004? Is the two-term limit for life, or is the oval office limited to two consectuive terms?

This should answer your question:

Section 2. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several states within seven years from the date of its submission to the states by the Congress.

OK, that leaves the next question.  If he was shot and killed now, would it still be an assasination?

Damn as much as I hate the ass clown .... I hope that doesnt happen .

A pres is a pres . bad pres yes.. but still a pres.

Dont wish harm on the man ..

maybe cause it will be blamed on "us" and "they" will have more fuel for thier fire that seems to be flickering right about now.

now.. if "they" see that option as helping them with some new ban/law ... I wouldnt put it past them... hell they killed the DOG!  and Clinton isnt  very far up from that :)
