Wow, it is now cheaper to have them imported from China then to have them made here.

I wonder how much money NYC is saving by switching to Chinese roaches.

I see drunk asses tourists try insects from time to time here in Thailand.  They have these pushcarts with street food here and some of the food is good.  But the insects?  Like  roachs, grubs, crickets, scorpions.......

And hey, when they fry them up they smell good.  But I think anything smells good while frying.  They are still freekin bugs.

When i see a thai bite a cockroach in half and all that goo runs out it doesn't matter how long I've been here.  I know I'm NEVER eating any of that crap.

Which is funny, because you can start a cockroach farm solely by operating a filthy Chinese restaurant.

Was served a plate of fried scorpians at a banquet in Beijing. They were pretty tasty. The stinger jab into the roof of my mouth was a nice bonus..

I've been debating starting a colony of roaches to feed my geckos. Either that or my evil bidding. Just gotta convince the wife.

They are easier to breed than crickets and can be fed to all types of reptiles so lots of people breed roaches at home.
