Google Cache A while back Codeweavers gave President Bush a challenge to meet one of
several goals before he left office. One of these goals was to lower gas prices in the Twin Cities below $2.79 a gallon, which has since transpired. "How was I to know that President Bush would take my challenge so seriously? And, give the man credit, I didn't think there was *any* way he could pull it off. But engineering a total market meltdown - wow - that was pure genius. I clearly underestimated the man. I'm ashamed that I goaded him into this and take full responsibility for the collapse of any savings you might have. Please accept our free software as my way of apologizing for the global calamity we now find ourselves embroiled in." -Foxxz |

Its not VMware but it does emulate parts of the windows system and libraries. -Foxxz I got that much. It was the game aspect that I was interested in. If you notice my sig, I am a hard core Linux geek (quote from the creator of Linux himself). I already have Wine and VMware to cover anything I would need Windows for, except for games. How good does it do for games? Am I stuck to playing old school titles with it, or what? Gaming hasn't been something I keep tabs on so this technology isn't something I am too familiar with. |

Some people are playing WoW. A few years ago we were using it to play CS and HL. The gaming aspect covers the 3D compatibility stuff as well as the screwy things company's do for copy protection and DRM. -Foxxz |
