Please excuse my ignorance but with the sunset of the Clinton Ban of 1994, we can have collapseable stock again? I notice in several catalogs that they are still listed for pre bans only.

Yes Federally legal, but you still must obey the State laws in some they're still illegal.

Be careful after you install that collapsible stock though, your rifle will instantly turn into a child,puppy, and kitten killer that can spray thousands of bullets with just one squeeze.
