The pistol is an integrally suppressed Ruger MKII (IIRC, an AWC Amphibian if you care about the specific model).

I've paused the knife scenes a few times trying to figure out what knife he had. I never got a 100% clear view, but it looked like a Chris Reeve Sebenza.
