I was playing around with the settings on my speedlight, not trying to get any 'great shots', just tinkering with the light. The top pic is a technical nightmare, but I loved the expression on his face. Yes, my 'mommy goggles' took over! It doesn't bother me too much though, since I tend to gravitate towards high key images anyway (though this one isn't a true high key). The second pic was with white seamless background, I just added a texture over it for interest. |

If by develop, you mean upload from my camera and post process in Photoshop, then yes. Although we had a dark room in our house while I was growing up, I wouldn't know the first thing about developing film. Gah! By the way, thanks for all the nice compliments, ladies. He's a ham and a half, that's for sure...and he loooooves grandmas. He can spot a grandma a mile away, and he wastes no time in batting those eyelashes and making googly eyes at her. He's got grandmas lined up around the block, I swear.
