No video, but I did a test chug after some sprints on Saturday. I learned a lot.  I have a couple questions. You keep going after spewing or does that stop the time and penalty is assessed? Is helmet required for Combat or just PC with plates? |

Read the OP - basically if you choose to chug a 6-pack, time keeps going and whatever cans you fail will be added on when you are done. You can spew after each can and get a 30 minute penalty (5 minutes x 6 cans). Does that help? Combat is rifle rated plates, TQ, Israeli bandage, pistol and rifle mags and 1 Liter of water. Helmet is optional. |
