What are some of better free ones Windows?

Currently using Simple Comic on a Mac and Comix (with installed rar as dependency) in Ubuntu.

Now I need a good one for a Windows machine. The only one I see is Comic Rack.

Anyone?

I hope the windows version of Comical doesn't cause CPU problems like the OS X version did to my Mac Mini. Bummer, too, because the Comical interface is excellent.

(Mac users: Comical does not work on Intel Macs. It's for the old PPC models)
