Just returned from 8 months in the 'box and brought up my email on Outlook. It immediately tries to do an update and I get errors that I "can't access :OUTLFLTR.DAT" and "1033\SETUP.CHM". The balloon in the Taskbar says "ThorConnWndClass....OUTLFLTR.DAT Corrupt".
Went to the Insatall/Remove menu and tried to remove the latest Spam Filter update and get similar errors not letting me delete. I manually loaded the last update (KB957832) from Microsoft. Went thru fine, but got the same crap on Outlook this morning. Ran a anti V after it was updated and the machine shows clean. Any ideas?
