Can you put a telescoping stock on a Preban Colt R6530 that currently has an A2 stock on it? The same with the bayo lug. This model of AR don't have a bayolug. Can you put on an upper with a bayolug in conjunction with a telescoping stock (that is if you're allowed to put the stock on)?
Appriciate any help.
    Thanks

You can put whatever pre-ban features you want on that nice preban lower receiver.

As long as it at least has the flash suppressor, even with the A2 stock and no bayonet lug. It is still considered an assault weapon. So technically you should still be able to add the tele-stock. If it had no other features other then the pistol grip and able to except a detachable mag then it according to a recent ruling by the ATF you wouldn't be able to add the stock.

Got a question for you legal eagles,

These laws that reflect the pre-ban post-ban features....Arent those laws for manufacture of a weapon?

Hasnt it been held up before that As long as an individual doesnt sell these weapons he is not considered a manufacturer?

There are exceptions listed in the paragraphs following the law.  But the law does cover possesion as well as manufacturing.
