Isnt there a statement in one of our founding documents that says the us government cannot use weapons of war [example machine guns and tanks] on US citizens.Where is it and what is the name/title of it....thanks!

well Im still hoping to find out,I have a converstaion going on facebook with a real seal team 1 member not a fake seal and some swat team members..and Ive watched a clip on a show that they cant use military weapons on us its in a document and its got a name probably latin..I just want to go back to the discussion with the info and show some of these cops its not a "right" to use full auto on people..sounds weird but some cops are deffinetly "weird" I know some.It should be used on the border and with organized crime etc..but not lesser offenses etc.

Maybe they are trying to shrink the size of Gov't. by transferring all of Congresses' power to the President.
