[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Constructive intent conviction link request

Does anyone have a link to the case where the ATF successfully convicted a guy if constructive intent for possessing an AR15 and a SBR upper even though they weren't attached. I recall the guy was a scumbag anyhow but was amazed the constructive intent charge stuck.
