Supercruise, FTW!  Gripen C/D (which is the current version) uses the GE 404 and can't supercruise. The E/F version (aka Gripen Next Generation) will use the 414 and will be able to supercruise with a small A-A load. The E/F is currently being developed and there is one flying prototype. |
